Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ServiceWorks Pro website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

ServiceWorks Pro provides residential window cleaning and gutter maintenance services in Mississauga and Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Our services include:

  • Interior and exterior window washing
  • Screen cleaning and track detailing
  • Hard water stain removal
  • Seasonal gutter cleaning and downspout flushing

Service Agreements

When you engage our services, a service agreement is formed based on:

  • The quote provided to you
  • The services you select
  • The scheduled service date and time
  • Payment terms agreed upon

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is provided through individual quotes based on property characteristics and service requirements. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, though quoted prices remain valid for a reasonable scheduling period.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement. Weather conditions may necessitate rescheduling of exterior services. We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to fees.

Property Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for service delivery, including:

  • Access to all areas requiring service
  • Adequate space for equipment and ladder placement
  • Water and electrical access if required
  • Notification of any property hazards or special conditions

Liability and Insurance

ServiceWorks Pro maintains appropriate liability insurance for our operations. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during service delivery. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to windows, gutters, or property
  • Damage resulting from defective materials or construction
  • Issues beyond the scope of our services
  • Consequential or indirect damages

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will address your concerns promptly. This guarantee covers workmanship and service quality, subject to reasonable expectations and limitations inherent to the work performed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ServiceWorks Pro website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ServiceWorks Pro or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. Prohibited activities include:
